After the main sponsor contract ended, I advised the Amsterdam Art Foundation on a new artistic and business strategy. I wrote the policy plan for the Kunstenplan 2021—2024 period and implemented a reorganization of the team. Through the collaboration with a sounding board group, more inclusive forms of programming, audience reach, communication and education were discussed. Meanwhile, during corona, I organized the Amsterdam Art Gallery Weekend with a curated program of exhibitions and editions realized by thirty participating galleries, in addition to a three-day online live program with talks, films, discussions and behind-the-scenes insights into the art world of Amsterdam, which was presented online in collaboration with the Stedelijk Museum and on their social media platforms.
